Country Overview

Economic turmoil and civil unrest have led to the displacement of a large part of the Venezuelan population to neighbouring countries, including Colombia. IMPACT was first deployed to Colombia in early 2019 to support humanitarian and aid actors in assessing the needs and conditions of Venezuelan migrants and asylum seekers crossing over to Colombia and staying in the country or heading to neighbouring areas.
